For customs brokers and clearing agents

Declarations without the green screen.

Upload the invoices. Clearing Steward reads every line, proposes the HS codes, calculates duty and tax, and gives you a reviewed ASYCUDA XML file to file.

How it works

Three steps from the invoice pile to a file you can trust.

01

Upload

Drop in the commercial invoices. Pick the container and importer from your saved lists. Freight, insurance and weights come from the paperwork or from you.

02

Review

Every line arrives with a proposed HS code, duty and tax. Lines that touch your review list, or disagree with the supplier's code, stop and wait for a human.

03

Export

Download the XML alone, or a ZIP with the XML and the supporting documents. File it in ASYCUDA or send it on through the API.

Features

Built around how brokers clear containers.

Set up once, pick from a list

Vessel, voyage, container and manifest live on their own page. Importers stay a short list with name, ID number, email and phone, nothing more.

Invoice extraction

Multi page invoices become line items with description, quantity, unit price, origin and weights, ready to edit in a modal when the AI gets it wrong.

Review gating

Mark HS prefixes for extra review: alcohol, supplements, weapons, medicines. Flagged lines block export until someone signs them off.

Tariffs per country

Import duty, specific duty per unit, excise and turnover tax are maintained per country and applied by one calculator.

XML or ZIP

Export the declaration as XML only, or bundle it with the uploaded documents for your file.

API and webhooks

Push invoices in, pull declarations and XML out, and get notified when a declaration is ready. Keys are scoped to your company.

Control stays with you

The AI proposes. Your broker signs off.

Nothing leaves as ready while a flagged line is open. You decide which goods always get a second look, and every reviewed line is marked as such.

Developers

Plug it into the system you already run.

Create declarations, read their status and fetch the finished XML over REST. Webhooks tell your system when a declaration is ready or exported.

FAQ

Questions brokers ask first.

Does it file the declaration for me?

No. You get a reviewed XML file to import into ASYCUDA, or fetch it through the API. The filing step stays with you.

Which countries are covered?

Curaçao first. Tariffs, duties and procedures are maintained per country, so Aruba, Sint Maarten and Bonaire can run side by side.

How accurate is the HS classification?

It proposes codes from the tariff of the destination country. Lines that match your review list or disagree with the supplier's code wait for a human before export.

Do I need to move my client list over?

No. Importers are a short list with name, ID number, email and phone. It is not a client management system.

Where does my data live?

In a managed cloud database with row level security per company. Documents are stored in private storage and are only readable by your team.

How do we start?

Request a pilot below. We set up your company, import your defaults and run a first container with you.

Pilot programme

Run your next container through it.

Tell us who you are and what you clear. We come back with a setup plan and the details of the pilot.
